1. Company information

jamiekeddie.com, videotelling.com and lessonstream.org are the sites operated by me, Jamie Keddie, a company registered in Spain, referred to as  “Jamie Keddie”.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel your purchase within seven working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods. Once I receive an email notification of cancellation from you, I will refund any payment that you have made within 30 days of your cancellation.

Tangible products must be kept in perfect condition and you will have to return them at your own expense. Please send them to the address in Company Information (above) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the order.

These terms do not apply to faulty products.

Products are provided as they are and without any warranties.

3. Order and acceptance

After I receive your order via SendOwl, you will receive an automated email confirming receipt. If you do not receive an email, please contact sales@jamiekeddie.com before you try to place another order for the same product.

You will receive a SendOwl-generated purchase receipt email after the payment is processed.

4. Product availability

On my websites, the products, pricing, and availability can change at any time. However, I will not make any changes to the price or availability of any product after you have placed an order for it.

5. Customer initiated order cancellations and changes

You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before it has been processed. To make changes to your processed order, please contact sales@jamiekeddie.com

6. Delivery

In some cases, some products might not be available for all countries. You will be informed of any such territorial restrictions before you can purchase the product

Shipping and handling charges – added to the product price – will depend on the value of your order and the country to which the product is being shipped. You will have to pay any additional expenses that are imposed on the deliveries (customs duties or tariffs, for example).

Any delivery dates provided to you in connection with your order are estimates. Although the aim is to provide you with as accurate estimates as possible, I can’t promise that they will be accurate.

Sometimes it will be necessary to deliver ordered products in separate shipments.

7. Prices and payment

The product price is the price indicated in the web shop when you place your order. The total price also includes VAT (if applicable) and shipping charges (if applicable). Prices are is stated in euros.

Products and their postage/shipping are paid in conjunction with the order. The available payment methods are displayed in connection with the product order form in the web shop. Online payment methods are provided by Stripe and PayPal via the SendOwl cart.

For credit or debit card payments, the payment method provider is the recipient of the payment and remains in charge of the currency conversion operations. In this sense, the payment method provider acts as the merchant of the product and I act as the marketer of the payment method. In other words, the trade transaction takes place between you and the payment method provider while I act as the product provider. Complaints relating to payment methods will have to be handled by the payment method provider.

8. Returns and refunds

Of course, if your product is faulty or damaged when you receive it, or if it does not correspond to the description in the web shop, you will be entitled to a full refund.

You also have seven days to cancel an order after placing it (see  Cancellations).

9. Personal information

When you place an order through the SendIOwl-powered web shop/cart, you provide me with your personal information. I will use this information to process your order and for the delivery of the products and for other limited purposes. In order to do this, I will have to disclose it to SendOwl, PayPal and Stripe, and print/distribution/courier service providers (if applicable). I have no access to your payment and credit card details.

I will not disclose your personal information to anyone else. But I will send you an invitation to join my most excellent mailing list (see here).

10. General terms

These terms and conditions as well as contracts, purchases, disputes, or claims will be governed by Spanish law.
